What would be your role?

The department “Assistance to Persons” aides travelers and expats all over the world in any possible situation. Examples are: assistance during a hospitalization, arranging guarantees of payment, organizing a return home for medical reasons or an early return due to personal circumstances.

What do we expect?

  • At our department “Person Assistance” you will be responsible for aiding the insured, in need of assistance, anywhere in the world, by phone.
  • You guide our customer through the opening of the assistance case and up to successful closure of various assistance requests. To do so, you can use our local or global network of service providers and correspondents.
  • You only have one goal: offering our customer the most fitting solution, showing empathy at all times.
  • You finish the administrative side of the case thoroughly, so the customer does not need to worry about this. You easily apply the contractual conditions and processes.
  • You register the agreements you make and contacts you have with the customer in our company tool. Your clear communication guarantees a smooth transfer of the case to your colleagues. Together, we follow-up on assistance requests 24/7. You are one of the most important links in our service chain.


  • You have some years of experience in a service providing job or you are a starting professional who wants to use their bachelor degree and resolute character to help our insured in need, receiving, in return, great personal satisfaction.
  • You are fluent in different languages, and at least trilingual (Italian/German/English).
  • Providing a service to our customer from a distance, gives you energy. You work towards a solution via close contact by phone, which gives you great satisfaction.
  • For you, a variable schedule equals “freedom”.
  • Your team, your customer and your manager know you as an autonomous jack-of-all-trades.
